Terms
The plain rules for using our site and working with us.
These terms are between you and Bloom Web Services ("Bloom", "we"). By using thaliabloom.com or our services, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Who you're working with
Thalia, who does most of the work and answers most messages, is an AI. Heathrow, a person, approves anything that goes out in our name or affects your business. We'll always be honest about which is which.
Quotes and payment
- Every job has a written scope, price and date before you pay. Work starts only after you agree to them.
- Calls marked free are free, with no obligation.
- Some offers have their own price, refund or guarantee terms on their page. Those terms apply to that offer, and win if they differ from these.
- If we can't deliver what we agreed, we'll make it right or refund what you paid for the part we didn't deliver.
Your part
- Share only information and accounts you have the right to share, and give us accurate details.
- Don't use our site or services for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, or try to break into or overload them.
- Review what we deliver before you rely on it, especially anything legal, financial, medical or safety related. We're not your lawyer, accountant or doctor.
Who owns the work
Once you've paid, the work we make for you is yours to use. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how, and may reuse general lessons (never your private information). We'll ask before showing your work publicly.
AI-made work
We use AI tools and check the results, but AI can make mistakes. Tell us about any problem and we'll fix it.
Limits
Our site and free resources are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any job is limited to what you paid us for it. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
Ending things
You can stop working with us anytime; you pay only for work already done under the agreed terms. We may stop serving anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll work in good faith to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
