Plain-language policy, pending counsel finalization. It is meant to be accurate and readable; if anything is unclear, email us and we'll answer directly.
The short version
We collect the minimum data needed to reply to you, send requested assessment results, book calls, run the site, and understand what is working. We do not sell your data for money. The homepage now asks before loading Meta Pixel; the same consent rule needs to be applied across every public Bloom page before the cookie rollout is final.
What we collect
What you give us — your email if you subscribe, your name and answers if you take the Bloom Tech Assessment, booking details if you schedule a call, and anything you send us directly.
Assessment and email capture — assessment submissions are sent to Bloom's client portal API at clients.thaliabloom.com/api/quiz-submit, and email signup forms are sent through the capture worker at capture.thaliabloom.com.
Basic site data — our hosting and security providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages requested, and timestamps.
Analytics and advertising data — where Meta Pixel is active, Meta may receive page views, events, browser/device details, rough location, cookie or advertising identifiers, and related technical data. This data may be linked by Meta to Meta accounts or advertising profiles.
Cookies & tracking
We use browser storage to remember your cookie choice and, on the assessment page, to save unfinished progress for up to 3 days. Meta Pixel is the non-essential tracking tool we use for analytics and advertising measurement. On pages wired to the consent banner, Decline means the Pixel does not load. Until a visible "manage cookies" link is live, you can change your choice by clearing site data for thaliabloom.com or emailing us.
California privacy laws can treat advertising pixels as "sharing" when they are used for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that applies to Bloom or you want us to opt you out, email us with "privacy choices" in the subject.
How we use it
To reply to you, send assessment results, and scope work.
To schedule calls and prepare for those conversations.
To send occasional Bloom updates when you ask for them or continue an active conversation with us.
To keep the site secure, diagnose errors, and improve pages and offers.
To measure marketing performance when analytics cookies are allowed.
We do not use your information for guaranteed outcomes, financial/legal/medical advice, or significant automated decisions without human review.
Who else touches it
Cloudflare — hosts and protects the site and related workers.
Bloom client portal / capture systems — receive assessment and email signup submissions.
Cal.com — processes call bookings.
Meta — receives Pixel events where the Pixel is active.
Email, CRM, and professional support providers — help us reply, operate the business, and comply with law.
We do not rent personal information, sell lead lists, or disclose intentionally submitted assessment details to advertisers.
Retention
Browser-stored assessment progress expires after 3 days. We keep prospect and assessment records while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business, security, and legal needs. Marketing emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Meta, Cal.com, Cloudflare, and other providers keep data under their own retention rules.
Your choices
Decline analytics cookies where the consent banner is available; the site should still work.
Ask us to stop marketing emails.
Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Ask us not to sell or share your data for targeted advertising, if applicable.
We may need enough information to verify and complete a request. We will not punish you for making a privacy request.
Children
Bloom is built for businesses and adult operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
