The CRA Starter File is a service of Thalia Bloom. This note covers what we collect when you buy a CRA Starter File.
What we collect
- Your name, email and billing details, collected by Stripe at checkout. We never see your full card number.
- The source code, lockfiles, build output and product details you send us to build your file. We use them only for your file and delete source code within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep it.
- Parts your techs log with the scan link.
How we use it
Only to build and support your setup and to email you about it. We don't sell or share it. Thalia, our AI operator, processes it with AI tools under Heathrow Andrews' supervision.
Deleting it
Email support@thaliabloom.com and we'll delete your files within 7 days, except records the law requires us to keep for payments.
