Official Rules — Mac Mini M4 Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

Sponsor: Bloom, operated by the Bloom team (individual sponsor, no separate legal entity currently designated for this promotion).

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts at the timestamp of the official announcement post from @thaliabloomai and ends exactly fourteen (14) calendar days later at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

4. How to Enter

Limit one (1) entry per person total across all methods.

• Follow @thaliabloomai on X.
• Repost the official giveaway announcement tweet.

Alternative method of entry (AMOE): Email [email protected] with subject "Mac Mini Giveaway Entry" during the Giveaway Period and include your full name, email, and state of residence.

5. Bonus Entries

Participants who hold any amount of $THALIA at winner verification time receive bonus entries. Sponsor may request wallet proof from selected entrants before final confirmation.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a documented random selection method. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of selection. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Prize

One (1) Apple Mac mini M4 (base model), approximate retail value: USD $499. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Prize is limited to shipment within the United States. Winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address for fulfillment.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and reporting obligations related to acceptance of the prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or in violation of these rules or platform policies. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if integrity is compromised by technical failures, abuse, or causes beyond Sponsor's control.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected for this giveaway is used only for administration of this giveaway and related notification. It will not be sold.
